Penthouse Furniture thanks you for your business.

Pricing Tiers:

• Penthouse Indoor & Outdoor Furniture offers three (3) pricing tiers: Container Pricing, Stocking Dealer Pricing & Non-Stocking Dealer Pricing.

• Container Pricing: To qualify for the Container Pricing Tier, a full container order must be placed and will be shipped directly from our Far Eastern Warehouse.

• Stocking Dealer Pricing: To qualify for the Stocking Dealer pricing tier, a $3,500 opening order is required. In order to maintain Stocking Dealer status a minimum of $10,000.00 must be placed yearly.

• Non-Stocking Dealer Pricing: This pricing tier is available to all other contract and trade customers which do not qualify for the above listed pricing tiers.

Payment Terms:

• A 50% deposit is required for all orders at the time of order.

• Final Payment is due prior to shipping. Shipping is Freight Collect. (We will provide you with shipping quotes or we will be happy to use your preferred shipping carrier).

• We can accept payment in the form of check, credit card (Visa, Master card, & American Express) or Bank Transfer.

• For all new customers, we require a $3,500 minimum opening order.

Shipping:

• When an order is placed, we will provide an estimated completion date.

• When the order is nearing completion, we will notify you when we will ship.

• All shipping charges are Freight Collect.

• Risk of loss and damage shall pass to the Buyer when products are delivered to the carrier. We encourage you to count all packages and sign for the exact number of packages received, and inspect all items for damages prior to signing. Signature of receipt by any agent constitutes full acceptance of all packages in undamaged condition.

• All shipping and return charges for refused goods are your responsibility.

• We shall not be liable for delay in shipment for any cause, nor shall any delay entitle you to cancel any order after it has shipped.

• Delivery may occur in separate deliveries depending on the availability of the products. Please specify to us if you would like the entire order shipped together or if it is okay to ship separately.

Loss or Damage:

• All of our products are inspected for damage prior to leaving our Warehouse.

• It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all delivered merchandise for any damages prior to accepting the goods.

Returns:

• Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization.

• Credit will only be issued if the damage is reported to Penthouse Indoor & Outdoor Furniture within 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise.

• Proper documentation (I.e. photographs, copy of bill of lading indicating the date of arrival etc.) will be necessary to complete a return authorization.

• A restocking charge of 15% will be assessed on all returns – unless the merchandise is defective.

• Please note: Custom orders will not be returnable unless defective.

Product Advice:

• Natural Wood products will vary in color and detailing. It is the inherent nature of reclaimed products, older materials and certain furnishings to appear weathered, and to contain variations and imperfections. Variations in wooden pieces include worn edges, uneven planks, dents, scratches and nicks. It should be known that all of the previously mentioned descriptions are characteristic of reclaimed wood products. These are considered part of the unique character of the products.

• Measurements are approximate and reflect the outside dimensions of the items.

• All solid wood products are subject to shrinkage over time. Usually, wood products will experience normal seasoning. And most of the time, these variations will enhance the beauty of the product.

• Unless an item is specifically warranted for outdoor use – the product should be shielded from outdoor elements – as weather and climate may create some warping of the wood.

• Our wood products should be cleaned with warm water and soap. The products will benefit from waxing every 3 to 6 months with a high-quality natural paste wax.

Intellectual Property Rights:

• All information concerning Penthouse Indoor & Outdoor Furniture’s products, including photos, sales materials or product designs are subject to trademark and other intellectual property rights held by Penthouse. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, post on the internet or create derivative works from such information – without the consent of Penthouse Indoor & Outdoor Furniture.
